Sadith Cota - Broker/Owner/Agent

Sadith is a licensed professional real estate agent in the State of Sonora, Mexico specializing in the luxury home and condo market of Puerto Penasco.  Sadith earned her license in 2017 and earned her broker license 3 years later in 2020. In 2019, Sandy teamed up with Kyle Wood and formed Playa Sonora Realty.  Since then, both Sandy and Kyle have helped 100's of clients purchase their dream home here in Rocky Point.

 Sandy is a former recruiter for some of the largest employers in the United States. Sadith actively participates in promoting our local real estate association, AMPI Chapter 51, as the current Vice President of Marketing.

Sandy is fluent in English and Spanish, is a mother of 4 and loves to spend time with her family and close friends.
